In general coaching is one of the fastest and most effective ways of improving performance, but this is even more so for those who are neurodivergent. For certain conditions such as ADHD, coaching can be as, if not more, effective than medication for managing the difficulties of the condition.

Our coaching is carried out by our occupational psychologist Becca, who is a trained and ICF accredited coach. She offers coaching designed to increase your neurodivergent employee’s self-awareness, identify helpful coping strategies and improve employee productivity and confidence.

Workplace Neurodiversity Coaching

1:1 coaching 

We work with an individual to help them make the most of their brains. This includes identifying strengths and struggles and putting strategies into place to enable more effective working practices. 

We can also work 1:1 with management to help them understand the strengths and struggles of individuals in their teams.

team coaching

We will work with a team to identify strategies that support all the brains in the team. This can allow people to bring their best selves to work and feel they are in a comfortable and safe environment.
