Neurodiversity in the Workplace
Who is it suitable for? This training is aimed at staff within all levels of a company.
​How is it delivered? 1-2 hour sessions can be remote or in person.
All longer sessions are carried out in person.

How many delegates? 1-2 hours sessions are for unlimited delegates. ​Longer, more in depth sessions, are designed for around 10 delegates due to the vulnerable nature of the topic.

The longer sessions encourage reflection and smaller groups lead to more open discussions. ​​​​​
Neurodiversity for Leaders
Who is it suitable for? This training is aimed at staff who are responsible for other members of staff.

How is it delivered? 2 hour sessions can be remote or in person. All longer sessions are carried out in person.

How many delegates? 2 hour sessions are for unlimited delegates. Longer, more in depth sessions, are designed for around 10 delegates due to the vulnerable nature of the topic.

The longer sessions encourage reflection and smaller groups lead to more open discussions.
The full day option is recommended.


Neuroinclusive Recruitment
Who is it suitable for? This training is aimed at all staff involved in recruitment process.
This includes hiring managers as it is important for them to understand the reasons behind the processes for the most inclusive hiring.
The course assumes prior understanding of neurodiversity.
