Neuroinclusive Recruitment
This workshop supports teams to embed inclusive practices into their recruitment processes from start to finish. It’s about moving beyond good intentions to meaningful action - recognising how traditional hiring methods can create barriers for neurodivergent candidates, and what you can do differently.

Who is it for? All staff involved in recruitment, including hiring managers.
It’s especially useful for those responsible for shaping recruitment strategies or shortlisting and interviewing candidates.
The course assumes prior understanding of neurodiversity.

How is it delivered? 1–2 hour sessions can be delivered online or in person. Longer, more in depth sessions are in person only, and are most effective with smaller groups due to the vulnerable nature of the topic and to encourage reflection and more open discussions.
The full day option is recommended.
Please note: Inclusive recruitment is most effective when the company already has inclusive processes in place. If recruitment is focused on before other internal processes and cultures, it may not have the desired impact.

Let's talk group size
We know it’s tempting to get everyone in the room at once - but some of the best conversations happen in smaller groups. When sessions are more personal, people are more likely to share, reflect, and get involved. That’s when the magic really happens.

Shorter sessions (1–2 hours) can work well for larger groups, but longer, in-person workshops are designed with smaller groups in mind where there’s time and space to go deeper.

Every organisation is different. If you're unsure what format or group size will work best, we’re always happy to chat and help you shape the right fit for your team.
